What we are looking for?

We're looking for an exceptional programme manager to help drive and expand one of our most exciting and inspiring training programmes, #IAmRemarkable - Self Promotion Skills. You are an extremely talented and confident professional with an unparalleled passion for empowering individuals.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 3 years demonstrable and successful history of programme management. You will be responsible for driving the programme end-to-end, coordinating and using UpSkill resources effectively to provide exceptional delivery on all aspects of the programme’s workstreams.

You will embody our core values whilst demonstrating an aptitude for both operating and thinking strategically while also being willing to “roll up the sleeves”, being hands on and working directly with the client. You will also be responsible for coordinating, budgeting and tracking the virtual and/or face-to-face delivery of digital workshops and learning.

What's the job exactly?

Main duties will include:

  • Act as main point of contact for our client and reporting to the Business Operations Manager on a regular basis
  • Be proactive in organising weekly status updates on the programme’s workstreams, coordinate meetings with partners/agencies working on the project to communicate successes and hurdles
  • Organise, manage and run the #IamRemarkable Train the Trainer sessions online
  • Be accountable for all facets of the programme’s success, retention and growth; working as a strategic member of the team to enhance and elevate the programme in 2021
  • Be responsible for setting up the communication with the external facilitators before and after the Train the Trainer workshop, including emails, registration, calendar invites, materials sharing and ongoing communications.
  • Build and execute a communications and retention plan for the existing external facilitators, including, creating a unique program for the top 20% of facilitators, and gathering feedback and share best practices with facilitators
  • Always paying exceptional attention to detail
