We encourage and run regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions with the wider team so you can learn new skills, optimise tools and understand everyone’s disciplines.
Our UpSkillers are entitled to two days of paid leave to attend educational sessions like webinars or workshops. So get out there, learn something great.
Learning isn’t what we do, it’s who we are. When you’ve been an official UpSkiller for six-months, you are entitled to a £500 learning allowance every year, which can be used for books, resources, workshops or courses.
