About the course

In this session, you will identify how your role and access in the workplace puts you in a position of power to be an ally.

You will identify how to recognise everyday bias and stereotypes in the workplace, and subsequently how to take action against anti-racism.

You will develop a personal action plan to follow-up with colleagues and share how to be an effective ally in the workplace.
