About the course

This session will be a practical workshop to understand the importance of open and inclusive langugage in the workplace.

You will explore the impact of cultural bias in verbal and non-verbal communication in the workplace. You will identify how you can personally practise and commit to inclusive communication in your team and with other colleagues.

Finally, there will be practical active listening tips and exercises to identify and remove any barriers or biases.
