This session will outline how to show up as an ally for minorities and actively practise opposing racism, predominantly in the workplace.

Understand the importance of managing a diverse team and creating an inclusive culture and working practises. You will also develop the skills to confidently manage and lead inclusively.

In addition, learn how you can develop cultural intelligence within and beyond the workshop.
