About the course

In this session, identify how you can advocate for minorities as an ally and sponsor.

Understand your role as a sponsor and how to maximise your partnership with your protégé and/or an organisational network. Identify the key skills to lead as a sponsor and how you can actively use your position of power to lead organisational change for an inclusive culture and against bias.
