BT chose Upskill Digital to create a series of interactive, in-person events and bitesize eLearning modules to support their HR Teams and People Managers to be more inclusive in their approach to talent attractive engagement and retention.

We designed and delivered a highly interactive workshop day, led by a team of expert facilitators. With over 100 in person learners, this was a thought-provoking deep dive into tackling bias in recruitment. On top of this, we created 3 bitesize mixed media modules covering why inclusive hiring matters, how to choose the best candidate and inclusive interview and feedback techniques.
