Task

UpSkill Digital were tasked with developing virtual instructor-led training courses that support SMEs on a variety of topics from connecting with employees remotely and boost productivity to growth mindset to connecting with customers and improving wellbeing.

Solution

We delivered 4 x 1 hour sessions to a cohort of up to 30 people virtually. A lead coach ran though each session supported by a moderator who engaged with individuals through a web chat throughout the duration of the course, offering advice and tips whilst answering any questions from participants. Each session offered a recap of tips and tricks around improving personal digital wellbeing to using collaborative tools to enhance remote working in order to support individuals after the course.

Result

We have ran a portfolio of virtual sessions which had a targeted audience of Small Businesses and Jobseekers.
Each session was ran to an exceptional standard and hosted by a lead coach and supported by a moderator who was on hand to place questions/polls and to answer any questions that come from the audience. As the virtual sessions continue to run throughout 2020, we recieve consistently great feedback from both coaches and participants and will be creating further content following the success of the current sessions, in the near future.
